 Wray Smith
Chief Operating Officer
Wray Smith is the leading force behind the delivery of
3t Systems’ Unified Communications group, Advanced
Infrastructure Practice, the Security Team and 3t Systems'
Project Management Office. Wray holds various prestigious
technical certifications in IP Communication, Networking
and Wireless technologies. Wray has served in an advisory
role on Cisco’s Commercial Channel Advisory Board
(CCAB) and on Cisco’s Voice and Managed Services
sub-committee. He is the executive sponsor of the
Cisco relationship and leads joint opportunities and
solution development around Cisco and Microsoft’s
technology platforms.
With over 20 years of IT experience,
Wray specializes in bringing competitive advantage
to the SMB marketplace. A
former member of the United States Army, Wray brings
to 3t Systems disciplined project management, a consistent
delivery framework and a no nonsense approach to customer
satisfaction. Wray
joined as Partner in 2006.
 Michael Detwiler
Chief Strategy Officer
Michael Detwiler recently rejoined 3t Systems as Chief Strategy Officer. Michael previously was the CEO for Mortgage Cadence, a loan origination system vendor, and named one of the Mortgage Banking Association's IT All Stars for 2008. Michael was a driving force in Mortgage Cadence's ability to capture and maintain a signifigant market share in mortgage technology solutions through his leadership, innovation and dedication.
Prior to his leadership at Mortgage Cadence, Michael was President of 3t Systems. During his tenure as President of 3t the company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies for three consecutive years and ranked Number 3 for two consecutive years on Deloitte and Touche's "Colorado Technology Fast 50."
 Eddie Speir
Chief Executive Officer
Eddie Speir is truly “the man behind the curtain,” and
the Founding Partner of 3t Systems. In 1994 Eddie
set out to establish an organization founded on truth,
trust and teamwork. His tireless devotion and his
commitment to his customers has enabled 3t Systems to
become one of the largest, privately held, IT consultancies
in the Western United States. In 1998, Eddie Speir
spun off a software company, Mortgage Cadence,
which is today a leading enterprise software player in
the Mortgage marketplace.
A graduate of the University
of Northern Colorado, Eddie has decades of experience
designing software and supporting solutions in a myriad
of capacities. He is on the
forefront of designing and developing many new software
applications and bringing to market Software-as-a-Service
to the SMB marketplace.
