3t systems hires four new employees to meet client growth IT services company experiences boost in Managed Services due to growing outsourcing trend
3t Systems, Inc., an end-to-end IT consulting firm, has hired four, full-time team members to support a rapidly growing client base, several new large project engagements and a substantial increase in long-term Managed Services contracts. Since January 2010, 3t Systems has organically grown its existing client base with Managed Services contracts accounting for nearly 20 percent of total growth this quarter. Additionally, 3t Systems signed on seven new Colorado-based Managed Services clients in a range of industries including construction, healthcare and financial services.
The company attributes this growth to companies looking for a viable means to keep their IT needs on a budget. Many new clients stated that outsourcing IT enables them to focus on their core competencies without compromising the IT structure that supports their day-to-day routine. This increasingly popular business choice spurred the new hire of four individuals who will work in the company’s main office in Greenwood Village.
Hathaway brings 26 years of IT experience in the construction industry to 3t Systems. He will play a key role in helping 3t Systems develop its construction offering and grow its client base. Previously, he was IT Director at SEMA Construction and joins 3t Systems’ Professional Services team as Principal Consultant.
Mr. Ramey brings 15 years of IT development knowledge in the manufacturing and retail industries that include a wealth of experience in a variety of programming languages and databases. Ramey previously worked as Developer, Project Manager and System Analyst at Sheplers and joins 3t Systems’ Web Applications team as Senior Developer.
Gilliland brings two years of experience as project manager and brings a great deal of energy, attention to detail and professionalism to the team. Previously, she worked as Project Manager at the law firm Moss Codilis and joins 3t Systems’ Professional Services team in a dual role as Associate Project Manager and Dispatcher. About 3t Systems
Wong brings 11 years of experience as an IT professional, including advanced skills in routing, switching, unified communications, Citrix, Windows Server platforms and desktop support. He previously worked as Network Engineer at SEMA Construction and joins 3t Systems’ Service Desk team as Service Desk Consultant.
