Ciaran Dwyer, Chief Executive Officer
Ciaran Dwyer joined 3t Systems in 2001 and has served as both CFO and VP of Corporate Development. In both positions Ciaran has always had a critical role in the financial direction and strategic positioning of 3t Systems. With background in audit and corporate finance, Ciaran brings a set of critical eyes that has allowed the company to grow and become a leader in the IT industry. He is a true leader and gives complete respect to those he manages.
Ciaran graduated from Dublin City University in Dublin, Ireland with his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance. He then received his Master of Business Studies from the University College Dublin before consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers for a number of years.
Ciaran stays busy outside of the office. He is Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Irish Festival and is a recent founder of the Irish Network Colorado, an Irish Government sponsored business networking organization. He and his family enjoy outdoor Colorado including snowboarding and mountain biking.
Jan Rutherford, Chief Commercial Officer
Jan Rutherford serves as 3t Systems' Chief Commercial Officer where his focus is on forging business alliances, and developing new go-to-market strategies. Jan has over 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in marketing, sales, business development, information technology, and training. Jan is an adjunct instructor at the University of Colorado and the University of Denver where he teaches leadership to graduate business students and Doctor of Nursing Practice candidates. Jan serves as the Vice Chair & Secretary, Board of Directors, Visiting Nurse Association of Colorado. He is the author of “The Littlest Green Beret: On Self-Reliant Leadership, and also speaks at industry conferences in Europe and across the United States.
Prior to beginning his business career, he spent six years in the US Army Special Forces as a medic and an “A” team executive officer, and three years as a military intelligence officer. Jan holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate.
Santino Vialpando, VP, Managed Services
Santino Vialpando joined 3t Systems in 2003 and has worked his way through the company as a Systems Engineer to managing our Service Desk to now managing our Managed Services and cloud hosting. As VP, Managed Services, Santino is responsible for the delivery of our total hosted solution and cloud offerings. Santino brings his technical experience to every client and understands client business needs and how to determine what solution is right for each individual client.
As a local to the Rocky Mountain Region, growing up in Wyoming, Santino supports all the professional teams in Denver. But if you are interested in baseball, Santino is your man. He played through college and still coaches today.
Santino holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
Samantha Morgan, VP, Professional Services
Samantha Morgan has over 15 years of experience as an IT professional. Her focus has been on software systems engineering, business intelligence, process optimization, software migrations, eCommerce, and business analysis. As VP of Professional Services Samantha leads our delivery team to assist organizations with solving business problems through technology and streamlining business operations and procedures.
Samantha has a laugh that can be heard throughout the office so, if you’re having a bad day come on by our office and just listen!
When she isn’t helping our clients with their businesses, she keeps busy running a concessions business with her husband.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
Scott Detwiler, VP, Client Services
Scott serves as VP, Client Services at 3t Systems, where he is responsible for the overall client experience. Since 2008 Scott has worked with 3t Systems’ clients to bring them custom technology solutions to meet their individual business needs.
Prior to joining 3t Systems Scott worked in the telecommunications field for Verizon & Qwest, bringing with him a wealth of experience in voice, data networking and management.
When Scott isn’t in the office he likes to keep busy with his family and active in his community. Scott volunteers for many local organizations.
